How we collect SMS consent: We collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent when you voluntarily provide it through our website contact or consultation forms, or through other direct interactions with CW Design PLLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is always optional and separate from other service agreements.
What we send: By opting in, you may receive text messages including consultation reminders, project updates, appointment confirmations, design inspiration, and promotional offers related to CW Design PLLC. Message frequency varies based on your project activity and preferences.

Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive personal information.

In short: We process your information to deliver design services, communicate with you, and improve your experience.We process your personal information for the following reasons:

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. 9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this privacy notice.
